R-40

The compact and lightweight brushing robot R-40 is designed for brushing and inspecting medium to large round and rectangular air ducts up to 1000 mm in height, with an operating reach of up to 40m.

The R-40 is wirelessly controlled via a handheld console with a user-friendly interface and high-resolution 8'' display. Equipped with powerful LED lights and three Full HD cameras, it provides clear, real-time visualisation and recording during cleaning. Recordings can be conveniently saved to a detachable microSD card.

Tracked wheels provide reliable traction on any surface, allowing the R-40 to climb inclines of up to 25°. Precise speed control and 360° rotation ensure smooth and accurate manoeuvrability of the robot inside the duct. The R-40 features adjustable brush rotation speed and direction, along with stepless brush-height adjustment, ensuring optimal brush positioning and performance across varying duct conditions.

Dual-position mounting of the brushing module - front or rear - enables operation in ducts from 400 to 1000 mm in diameter or width.

The easily detachable brushing module quickly transforms the R-40 from a brushing robot into an inspection robot, enabling it to access and inspect ducts as small as 150 mm high × 250 mm wide.
