I-40

The compact yet robust inspection robot I-40 is an excellent solution for inspecting medium to large round and rectangular air ducts, including ducts with inclinations of up to 25°. Its tracked-wheel system provides reliable traction on any surface, while precise speed control and 360° rotation capcity ensure smooth and accurate manoeuvrability inside the duct for thorough inspection. Its compact design allows the I-40 to inspect ducts as small as 150 mm × 250 mm, with an operating reach of up to 40 m.

Equipped with four high-intensity LED lights and two HD cameras - one front-facing and one rear- facing - I-40 provides clear and detailed, full-colour images and video in real time to the high-resolution 8" display of its handheld wireless control console. Inspection footage can be conveniently saved to a detachable microSD card with a capacity of 256 Gb or more.

If required, the I-40 can be quickly fitted with our brushing module, transforming it into a powerful cleaning and inspection robot for round and rectangular air ducts up to 1000 mm in diameter or height. Continuous visualisation of the duct is maintained throughout the brushing process, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning.
